O desafio de recuperar os rios: Resili\u00eancia para a sa\u00fade, o meio ambiente e os efeitos das altera\u00e7\u00f5es globais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

O ano de 2030 \u00e9 apresentado como uma data-chave para a sa\u00fade dos rios europeus. A nova Lei do Restauro da Natureza, atualmente em fase de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o, tem como objetivo eliminar as barreiras fluviais para que, pelo menos, 25.000 km de rios fluam livremente at\u00e9 esta data. Este mesmo horizonte \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m estabelecido pela Estrat\u00e9gia Nacional de Restauro de Rios de Espanha, que se encontra atualmente em atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, para alcan\u00e7ar os seus resultados. Existem, por\u00e9m, mais estrat\u00e9gias que visam alcan\u00e7ar resultados relacionados com a melhoria do ambiente at\u00e9 esta data como a Estrat\u00e9gia Espanhola de Bioeconomia (Minist\u00e9rio da Economia e Competitividade), a Agenda 2030 para o Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel e o Plano Estrat\u00e9gico do CIREF 2020-2030.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Por isso, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio fazer uma reflex\u00e3o sobre a forma como vamos encarar os pr\u00f3ximos sete anos e o papel que o restauro fluvial desempenhar\u00e1 na adapta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as globais que o mundo est\u00e1 a viver, olhando para tr\u00e1s e aplicando as li\u00e7\u00f5es aos desafios futuros. O RESTAURARIOS 2023 ser\u00e1 o f\u00f3rum onde todas as pessoas preocupadas com a sa\u00fade dos rios poder\u00e3o refletir e partilhar informa\u00e7\u00f5es, pois reunir\u00e1 v\u00e1rios atores ligadas \u00e0 gest\u00e3o, investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e planeamento de rios e ribeiras, especialistas em restauro fluvial e ci\u00eancias naturais, volunt\u00e1rios na conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de rios, agentes de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ou pessoas an\u00f3nimas interessadas na recupera\u00e7\u00e3o dos nossos rios. Isto \u00e9, atores de confedera\u00e7\u00f5es hidrogr\u00e1ficas, entidades p\u00fablicas nacionais, administra\u00e7\u00f5es regionais, autoridades locais, entidades de gest\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os das \u00e1guas, consultores, universidades, meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social, ONG e associa\u00e7\u00f5es a n\u00edvel regional, nacional ou internacional, ligadas a ecossistemas aqu\u00e1ticos ou que fazem parte de um grupo de interesses sobre conserva\u00e7\u00e3o fluvial em qualquer parte da Pen\u00ednsula Ib\u00e9rica ou da Europa.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESTAURAR\u00cdOS 2023<\/strong> ser\u00e1 a continua\u00e7\u00e3o do I congresso que se realizou no ano 2011 em Le\u00f3n, do II congresso realizado em Pamplona no ano 2015 e do III congresso que teve lugar em M\u00farcia no ano 2019. A miss\u00e3o destes congressos \u00e9 criar um f\u00f3rum de encontro, divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e discuss\u00e3o entre as v\u00e1rias entidades e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es dedicadas ao restauro fluvial para partilhar e trocar experi\u00eancias.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

A equipa do Congresso RestauraRios 2023 \u00e9 composta por uma Comiss\u00e3o Organizadora, uma Comiss\u00e3o Cient\u00edfica e uma Comiss\u00e3o de Honra composta por especialistas de diferentes disciplinas do restauro fluvial, provenientes dos sectores p\u00fablico e privado e de ONG.<\/p>\n\n\n
