La primera, que <strong>el r\u00edo y su llanura de inundaci\u00f3n son ante todo un espacio de seguridad<\/strong>, lo que remarca el car\u00e1cter positivo de los ecosistemas fluviales.<\/p><p>Asimismo, ha quedado patente que <strong>resulta m\u00e1s eficaz conservar o recuperar esos espacios que tener que restaurarlos.<\/strong> Y en todo caso, se debe priorizar una buena planificaci\u00f3n encaminada a la restauraci\u00f3n de procesos naturales con el tiempo del r\u00edo, frente a otros objetivos meramente cuantitativos o inmediatos.<\/p><p>En un contexto de incertidumbre respecto a los fondos europeos, <strong>es necesario garantizar la futura financiaci\u00f3n para la restauraci\u00f3n fluvial.<\/strong> En el plano normativo, la Directiva Marco del Agua (DMA) es el instrumento que garantiza la salud global del ecosistema fluvial, por lo que la rebaja de sus est\u00e1ndares es inadmisible.<\/p><p>Por \u00faltimo, el evento celebrado en Soria ha evidenciado que <strong>la restauraci\u00f3n fluvial depende de la aceptaci\u00f3n social<\/strong>, por lo que mejorar la capacidad de comunicaci\u00f3n es fundamental para luchar contra los bulos.<\/p><p>A continuaci\u00f3n, se pueden ver las conclusiones del congreso por \u00e1reas tem\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div restauraci\u00f3n de los espacios fluviales. Se han presentado experiencias viables para movilizar el sedimento y restaurar la carga s\u00f3lida en r\u00edos que hab\u00edan perdido su continuidad longitudinal.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<svg aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"e-font-icon-svg e-fas-dot-circle\" viewBox=\"0 0 512 512\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\"><path d=\"M256 8C119.033 8 8 119.033 8 256s111.033 248 248 248 248-111.033 248-248S392.967 8 256 8zm80 248c0 44.112-35.888 80-80 80s-80-35.888-80-80 35.888-80 80-80 80 35.888 80 80z\"><\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Las ponencias de esta \u00e1rea tem\u00e1tica inciden en que la restauraci\u00f3n fluvial pasa por recuperar los procesos del r\u00edo y el espacio en el que estos operan. En este sentido, las presentaciones se\u00f1alan la importancia de las crecidas extraordinarias y los caudales ordinarios para reactivar el cauce, y la aportaci\u00f3n de sedimento<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<svg aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"e-font-icon-svg e-fas-dot-circle\" viewBox=\"0 0 512 512\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\"><path d=\"M256 8C119.033 8 8 119.033 8 256s111.033 248 248 248 socioecon\u00f3micos como prioridades.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span ictiofauna y se han propuesto soluciones que han puesto de manifiesto la necesidad de legislar en este sentido.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<svg aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"e-font-icon-svg e-fas-dot-circle\" viewBox=\"0 0
