I.S.RIVERS 2018 - To the international partner associations
Help us circulate the call for abstracts!

The I.S.Rivers 2018 call for abstracts has now been launched, and we are counting on your support to circulate the call for abstracts and help make I.S.Rivers 2018 a great success!

* Feel free to forward the CALL FOR ABSTRACTS to your contacts, inform your colleagues, members, professional networks, and encourage them to submit a contribution.

* If you have an event calendar on your website, or if you send newsletters, could you please announce the conference with its main deadlines?
Do not hesitate to use the texts and illustrations available in the "Media" section of the I.S.Rivers website.

* You may use the image below at your convenience and/or add it to your email signature.

* If you have planned to attend conferences where delegates might also be interested in I.S.Rivers, please do let us know, we can send you leaflets for you to display and disseminate.

The I.S.Rivers conference aims to share experiences and knowledge with all stakeholders: you may be in contact with river managers via your work missions, and we would be much grateful if you could forward us their contacts!

>> DECLARATIONS OF INTENT: deadline November 20th, 2017

To submit an extended abstract:

- Authors may submit a declaration of intent* via the online form, by November 20th, 2017.

- The final contribution (extended abstract) must be submitted by November 20th, 2017. It must, on the first page, include a French-English translation of the title and of the 10-line summary (we can undertake this translation – rate TBC – if required, after the abstract selection), and will be followed by an extended abstract (2 pages maximum). This extended abstract must be written in French or English, and comply with the instructions and the I.S.Rivers template.

 * Declarations of intent give the I.S.Rivers organisers an idea of the number of extended abstracts likely to be submitted, and thus help to anticipate the likely workload. The declaration is neither compulsory nor essential, but is greatly appreciated by the conference organisers. Authors can still submit an extended abstract by 20th November, even if they did not submit a declaration of intent.
